On 5-06-2015, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Kiersteen Popperwill, 20 years of age, of 5217 Hwy. 55 East in Newbern. Popperwill was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Popperwill was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $15,000.00 secured bond.
