On 07-31-2014, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Donnie Lee Little, 61 years of age, of 163 Martin Luther King Boulevard in Washington. Little was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Little’s arrest stemmed from investigators conducting surveillance on residence reported to be involved in the distribution of heroin. Investigators conducted a traffic stop on Little after Little departed from the residence. Canine Elza alerted on Little’s vehicle and a search was conducted. Investigators found a user amount of heroin and two snorting straws.
Little was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $3,000.00 secured bond.
