On 8-27-2015, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Emanuel Paul, 24 years of age, of 115 Slatestone Drive in Washington and Samantha Brooke Woolard, 32 years of age, of 115 Slatestone Drive in Washington. They were charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Their arrest stemmed from Investigators with the Drug Unit assisting the Department of Public Safety Community Supervision (Probation) with a warrantless search on Emanuel Paul whom is currently on probation and living with Amanda Brooke Woolard.
Investigators and Probation Officers found over a hundred Heroin baggies that contained Heroin residue, a marijuana smoking pipe that contained marijuana, syringes and some white substance packaged in tin foil that tested positive for Methamphetamines.
Paul was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond. Woolard was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
