On 9-2-2015, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Justin Wallace, 33 years of age, of 427 Braddy Road in Washington and Millie Hardison Congleton, 37 years of age, of 427 Braddy Road in Washington. They were charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Their arrest stemmed from Investigators conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle that Congleton was driving. Investigators searched the vehicle and found two smoking pipes containing Methamphetamine.
They were confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a #15,000.00 secured bond.
