On 5-26-2016, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Milton Paul Albritton, 39 years of age, of 206 Harding Street in Washington. Albritton was charged with four counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a Child Care Facility, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Trafficking in Opiates, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Albritton’s arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of marijuana from Albritton and executing a Search Warrant on his residence. Investigators found marijuana, oxycodone pills, drug paraphernalia and $3,400.00 in cash.
Albritton was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $50,000.00 secured bond.
