This week Beaufort County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in finding a couple of copper thieves. On Tuesday, May 31st, deputies responded to the WDLX 930AM radio station owned by Pirate Media Group on NC Hwy 17 S and Whichard’s Beach Rd. in Chocowinity. The suspects got away with very little copper but caused over $10,000 in damage to the radio station. Obviously these suspects don’t care about other people’s property and will do anything to make a quick dollar.
