On 10-5-2016, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Kevin Toler, 35 years of age, of 698 Merritt Lane in Grimesland. Toler was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Toler’s arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving information that Toler was traveling from Pitt County into Beaufort County with a quantity of heroin. Investigators conducted a vehicle stop on Toler and conducted a search. Investigators found 12 bags of heroin.
Toler was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond
