On 02-8-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Iban Martinez, 22 years of age, of 211 Walton Lane in Washington. 02-21-2016, Investigators arrested Julian Cesar Leyva-Medina, 40 years of age, of 115 Walton Lane in Washington.
Martinez and Leyva-Medina were charged with two counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Their arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of Methamphetamine from Martinez and Leyva-Medina. Martinez was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine at the time of his arrest.
Martinez was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $600,500.00 secured bond. Leva-Medina was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $630,000.00 secured bond.
