On 02-16-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Margie Lee Roberson, 55 years of age, of 708 James Drive in Washington. Roberson was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Oxycodone a Schedule II Controlled Substance, two counts of Possession of Oxycodone a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Roberson’s arrest warrants stemmed from Investigators making purchases of Oxycodone pills from Roberson. Investigators arrested Roberson for selling the Oxycodone pills. Roberson was searched and oxycodone pills where found hidden in her bra.
Roberson was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $12,500.00 secured bond.
