On 04-21-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Khalil Mitchell, 22 years of age, of 706 Patton Circle, Apartment 21 in Winterville. Mitchell was charged with 2 counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin, 2 counts of Selling Heroin and 2 counts of Delivering Heroin.
Mitchell’s arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving information that Mitchell was delivering and selling heroin in Beaufort County. Investigators made undercover purchases of heroin from Mitchell. Mitchell was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $35,000.00 secured bond.
