On 07-28-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit served arrest warrants on Darran Boyd, 25 years of age, of 1395 Gray Road in Chocowinity. Boyd was charged with two counts of Trafficking in Heroin and Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin.
Boyd’s arrest warrants stemmed from Investigators making purchases of heroin from Boyd. Boyd was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond.
