Sheriff Scott Hammonds and the staff of the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public to keep K-9 Tinnus in their thoughts and prayers as he begins his recovery from surgery after being injured during training.
K-9 Tinnus sustained a break to his left front humerus while training with his handler. The medical procedure provided will give K-9 Tinnus the greatest chance of a full recovery. It is unknown when K-9 Tinnus will be back on the streets serving Beaufort County
