On May 9, 2015, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an Assault that occurred on Baker Drive in Washington. Deputies responded and collected evidence and conducted interviews.
As a result, Investigator Christina Berry-Dixon applied for and obtained warrants charging Alejandro Ezequiel Canizales-Tirado, age 21, of Baker Drive in Washington, with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery, and Assault by Pointing a Gun, and Jesse Correa Alonso, age 21, also of Baker Drive in Washington, with Aid and Abet Armed Robbery. Deputies from the Patrol Division located and arrested Tirado and Alonso on Baker Drive and transported them to the Magistrate’s Office. Mr. Tirado was held in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $12,500 secured bond and Mr. Alonso was held under a $10,000 secured bond set by Magistrate Jasper Mills.
