This week Beaufort County Crime Stoppers needs your help in locating a stolen boat. On September 18th, a deputy responded to the area of Warrens Way in Chocowinity. The victim stated that his green in color center console 2006 Generation Three aluminum boat powered by a 2006 Yamaha 40 hp motor and carried by a 2006 Beardmore trailer was taken from his residence.

If you have any information concerning this crime, please call crime stoppers at 252-974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000 reward for information that helps lead to an arrest. The victim is also putting up an additional $1,000 if located. And as always, we only want your information not your name. Also as a reminder, bring your unused or expired prescription and over-the-counter medicines to the Operation Medicine Drop event on September 26th. The event is being held at Lowe’s on Carolina Ave in Washington from 10 AM – 2 PM.
