On October 19, 2015, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Sharrief Bush, 34 years of age, of 617 E. 9th Street in Washington. Bush was charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling to Keep a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bush’s charges stemmed from Investigators executing a search warrant on Bush’s residence. Investigators found cocaine, digital scales and packaging material used to repackage cocaine.
Bush has five prior felony drug convictions and was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $60,000.00 secured bond.
