On 1-21-2016 Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit and Probation Officers with NC Department of Public Safety arrested Bobby Lee Moore, 36 years of age, 21073 Hwy. 33 East in Aurora. Moore was charged with four (4) counts of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin, Manufacture Heroin a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession with intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Manufacture Crack Cocaine a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Moore’s arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of heroin from Moore and executing a Search Warrant on a vacant residence beside Moore’s residence. Investigators learned from surveillance and the execution of the Search Warrant that Moore was using the vacant residence to Distribute and Manufacture Heroin, Powder Cocaine and Crack Cocaine.
Investigators found heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, digital scales, packaging material for heroin, packaging material for cocaine, equipment used to cook powder cocaine into crack cocaine, $1,583.00 in US currency, 38 caliber revolver and a 22 caliber rifle.
Moore was currently out on parole for Trafficking in Cocaine. Moore was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $250,000.00 secured bond.
