On April 28, 2017 Beaufort County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home on Vadie Lane in Washington after a resident came home to discover a Breaking and Entering and Larceny from her home. The homeowner reported her home had been forcibly entered and an X Box gaming system and 2 televisions taken during the crime.
After receiving a tip on the location of the stolen property and the identity of a suspect in this case, Investigator Jason Hill was able to recover that property. Hill was also able to identify Joshua James Arnold, age 28, of Elizabeth City and charge him with one count each of Breaking and Entering and one count of Larceny After Breaking and Entering. Arnold was arrested by Deputies with the Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office and was ordered held on a $1,000.00 secured bond.
