On 03-28-2018, The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Odis Leon Waters, 54 years of age, of 130 Gilbert Lane in Washington.  Waters was charged with three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Dwelling that was used for Keeping and Selling a Controlled Substance.

Waters’ arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of marijuana from Waters and conducting a search of Waters’ residence.  Investigators found approximately 240 grams of marijuana, digital scales and packaging material.

Waters was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $35,000.00 secured bond.
