Within the past 2 months Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit have arrested 18 people involved in the use and distribution of a controlled substance. Their arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving complaints from Crime Stoppers and concerned citizens. Investigators conducted surveillance, traffic stops and made undercover purchases of controlled substances that led to their arrest. Below are the eighteen arrested:
1) Ricardo Jay Hopkins, 40 years of age, of 236 Magnolia School Road. Hopkins was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine.
2) Brandon Woolard, 36 years of age, of 3640 Terrapin Track Road in Washington. Woolard was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
3) Joe Curtis Myers, 55 years of age, of 1874 Old Blounts Creek Road in Chocowinity. Myers was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Sell of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4) Vivian Myers, 54 years of age, of 1256 Nevil Creek Road in Blounts Creek. Myers was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Sell of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
5) Andrea Lopez, 25 years of age, of 1762 Kirshaw Road in Arapahoe. Lopez was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
6) Cheyenne Whitley, 23 years of age, 2567 Windmill Road in Chocowinity. Whitley was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and Sell of Cocaine.
7) Frankie Moore, 41 years of age, of 553 Weston Road in Grimesland. Moore was charged with 5 counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Resisting a Public Officer and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
8) Leander Bonner, 56 years of age, of 1470 Swamp Road in Pantego. Bonner was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
9) Jackie Trip, 55 years of age, of 145 Chip Road in Vanceboro. Trip was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and 3 Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
10) Jason Foster, 39 years of age, of 2023 Old Bath Highway in Washington. Foster was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
11) Tyler Douglas Woolard, 27 years of age, of 3723 Harvey Road in Washington. Woolard was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Vehicle for the purpose of storing and Selling Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
12) Steven Blake Phillips, 38 years of age, of 886 Jackson Town Road in Grifton. Phillips was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
13) Pamela Hurst, 39 years of age, of 110 Beverly Road in La Grange. Hurst was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
14) Shon Washington, 46 years of age, of 1768 Clay Bottom School Road in Chocowinity. Washington was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
15) Deandre Hill, 41 years of age, of 138 Middle Road in Aurora. Hill was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin.
16) Arthur Moore, 68 years of age, of 712 James Drive in Washington. Moore was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
17) Olivia Frazier, 29 years of age, of 228 Clayton Street in Washington. Frazier was charged with four counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine.
18) Phillippi Gorham, 42 years of age, of 228 Clayton Street in Washington. Gorham was charged with 2 counts Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling to Store and Sell a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
